Get Used To Your Kit

Bit of a strange one this, but if you can I suggest you spend as much time wearing and using the kit and equipment that you will use in a game as you can when you are in the nets.

The more familiar you are with the feel of your stuff, the less you will think about it during a game and the more you can focus on your performance.

Just as you would knock in your bat (hopefully), you should do the same with your shoes (hard indoors with spikes but use them when you do some outdoor training on grass), gloves, pads, helmet, thigh guard etc.

Nothing worse than looking like Steve Smith and to be always fiddling with your stuff!
