Dynamos Cricket App
The new and improved Dynamos Cricket app has arrived and now has a whole host of new features. All new weekly videos from your favourite Hundred players, a Topps Cricket Attax cards digital binder, a link to the Countdown Cricket app and a whole load more!
Whether your child is new to cricket or wants to build on what they already know, the app is now packed with even more amazing features for all children 8+ to enjoy. The content is linked to Dynamos Cricket sessions and is full of unlockable challenges, demonstrations and interactive quizzes that encourage children to get active.
What will my child be doing?
Sessions begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up to get the children moving and recapping on gross motor skills and basic ball handling.
The sessions continue with skill builders for 15 minutes, providing everything children need to play, particularly focusing on bowling, which can be the make-or-break element of any game of cricket!
The session finishes with a game of countdown cricket that will take 30-45 minutes and give everyone a chance to participate in all elements of the game – batting, bowling and fielding.
How else can children play?
For children wanting to play club cricket throughout the summer, there are over 5,000 clubs around the country for you to choose from. Dynamos is aimed at complementing junior cricket so children can do both if they wish! Find out more about junior cricket formats here.
For 8-year-olds who are totally new to the sport, or nervous about joining a Dynamos session, All Stars Cricket may be more suitable.
