During the week Lachlan, an Australian who moved to the UK in his twenties, is a qualitative researcher for Cloud Chamber where he draws on his background in the higher education and public sectors to helps funders, universities, and charities to understand and improve the impact of their programmes and research.
At weekends during the summer you will find him on the cricket field, either for Weoley Hill CC on a Saturday, or Birmingham Unicorns, the UK’s second LGBTQ+ team that he founded, on a Sunday, where he both bats and bowls.
Passionate about equality and diversity, Lachlan joins NBCC as a Mentor to offer an ear and share his experiences to those in the LGBTQ+ community, where he is extremely well known and respected.
As if not busy enough he recently helped set up Out4Cricket which offers a range of services for Recreational Clubs, County Cricket Clubs, Boards and Foundations, Governing Bodies and Individuals.
Hard to think of anyone more qualified to be a NBCC Mentor (LGBTQ+)
