The ECB have a Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity focus, but how far reaching is this? How helpful in practical terms is it for Club Cricket?
The SHORT survey is below is an opportunity for players and clubs to share their experiences, thoughts and concerns about Diversity and Inclusivity.
It CAN be completed anonymously.
It CAN be a series of Yes/No answers.
You CAN be as detailed as you want to be in sharing your experiences, thoughts and concerns.
It WILL be treated in total confidence and NO specifics (names, events, clubs etc) will be shared.
We WILL summarise an ‘overall picture’ painted by the survey for all to see.
