Pleased to announce that our NBCC LGBTQ+ Captain, Darrell Butler will be taking on the role of Head of Community Development.
Initially his focus will be on the LGBTQ+ community, but he has a clear objective to develop systems and processes that will be relevant across all of our identified communities, and he will take the lead on recruiting our community leaders.
The role also involves being part of the NBCC Management Group.
