Really pleased that after playing for Church Eaton (@churcheaton_cc) for the second half of last season, and spending some time with them at their indoor nets, we will be getting more involved with them this year.
Chris has taken the role of Vice Captain and Coach for the 2s (Saturday), and as a number of the development players will be playing in this team as well as the Sunday Team, he will be fulfilling the same role on the Sunday.
Church Eaton have been tremendously supportive of NBCC, in particular our NBCC LGBTQ+ program, allowing us to use their facilities for coaching, and joining in with their training.
It is really pleasing that to date five (5) of the players on the program have joined Church Eaton, to provide a challenging alternative as they develop their own games.
